Damages and issues
We want you to love your gear, please inspect your item order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@outrider-co.com if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item
to help us resolve this quickly for you, please include:
1, Your order number
2, A clear photograph showing the damage or wrong item
If your claim is approved we will gladly arrange for a replacement item to be printed and shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.
